Yes we ship to the 48 mainland states in the US. Shipments take on average 1-3 days for processing and then once your order is shipped it will take 1-3 days to arrive to you. Shipments are sent out Mon-Wed of each week.

All Juices & Smoothies are shipped frozen inside of an insulation box to keep cold in transit.

Upon arrival, we suggest you put your bottles right back into the freezer until you are ready to drink them. The Juices & Smoothies will keep fresh for up to 6 months frozen.

The best way to thaw your bottles is to rotate from freezer to fridge 24-48 hours before you plan to drink. If you're running low on time, you can set the bottles out on the counter or place in a warm bowl of water for a faster thaw.

All Cleanses come with a Cleanse Guide that will walk you through the entire process before, during & after. You can see a preview of each guide on the product pages.

In our opinion, a 3 Day Cleanse every other month or a 1-2 Day Cleanse every month is a great way to stay on top of your health. Most importantly, we recommend drinking fresh Juices & Smoothies daily!
